What brings our work together

Knowledge is powerful when we use it wisely.

We build tools, share ideas and create learning experiences around one belief: human capability grows when knowledge is paired with awareness. That matters in everyday work and in the choices that shape our lives.

Technology

Useful systems and AI tools that help people work with greater clarity and capability.

Knowledge

Practical learning, books and research that make valuable ideas easier to reach.

Wisdom

Awareness to question assumptions and consider the impact of what we do.

Prasanth Kumar Vinakota

An observer of human behaviour, moral certainty and the often invisible gap between intentions and outcomes.

With more than 18 years of corporate experience across HR systems, enterprise technology, automation and digital transformation, Prasanth has spent his career working with complex systems and high-responsibility environments. His experience includes projects connected with INS Arihant, India's first nuclear submarine.

As founder of Leksi Smart and creator of Leksi AI tools, he translates workplace challenges into practical technology. His work also explores how people think, judge and act. He developed the MIST and TRIL frameworks to examine intention, perception, truth and consequence through structured thinking.

His debut book, Why Good People Are Actually Dangerous: The Hidden Cost of Moral Certainty, received the Literary Titan Gold Book Award and a Readers' Favorite five-star review. He also created What Are We Missing?, a podcast about assumptions, uncertainty, critical thinking and self-awareness.

“My interest is not in telling people what to think. It is in understanding what happens when we become willing to question what we already believe.”
