Throughout his career, he has led and implemented large-scale HR and automation initiatives, building practical tools that reduce inefficiencies, automate manual processes, eliminate errors, and improve operational efficiency. His approach is not theoretical, it is grounded in real-world corporate execution. He started his career working for INS Aarihant, India's first Nuclear Submarine in a Full-Stack Developer Role.
