This policy explains how to seek help with a purchase associated with Leksi Smart. The order confirmation, product listing and applicable seller or marketplace terms also apply. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Books purchased through Amazon
The book links on our website lead to Amazon. For an Amazon order, use the order history and return or refund options shown by Amazon. Amazon and the seller shown on the listing determine eligibility, arrange return shipping where applicable, and process the refund under the terms for that order. Leksi Smart cannot directly issue a refund for an order paid to Amazon.
Leksi Max and other digital products
Leksi Max is available through a Razorpay payment link on the product page. Before paying, review the checkout page and any product-specific terms for seller, license, delivery and cancellation. A digital license or download that has been delivered or activated is generally not refundable, except where checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise, or where access was not delivered, a duplicate payment occurred, or a material technical issue cannot be resolved. Contact us promptly for help.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item you receive is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, follow the return process of the marketplace or seller that fulfilled the order. Keep the order number and, where helpful, photos of the item and packaging. Contact us if you need help locating the correct support channel.
Refund requests and timing
For a purchase made directly from Leksi Smart, email [email protected] with “Refund request,” your order number, purchase date and a brief explanation. Do not send full payment-card numbers or passwords. If a refund is approved, it will normally be sent to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 14 days, subject to payment-provider processing times and any shorter period required by law.
